Our Sessions
During your sessions with Thoughtful Minds Counselling, we will work together at a pace and depth led by you, so you will never be pushed to share anything you are not happy or ready to.
I work with a gentle and integrated approach, meaning that I use a variety of tools and approaches to ensure you get a tailor-made service, built for you and your needs.
Sessions can be online, face to face here in our private therapy room, or even over the phone - whatever works best for you and your needs. This process is about you.
I also offer the option for CBT Courses, completed over 2-4 weeks, enabling you to absorb all the copinbg mechanisms and survival skills you need in a short period, either as a stand alone treatment, or as a starter to feeling safe enough to delve into the most difficult parts of your life.
Appointments can be made around you, and your schedule, including evenings where possible

Whether you need assistance with a specific conflict resolution, finding your way back to unity and equality after a period of adultery or distance, or just some general relationship maintenance to ensure you stay on the same page, and the same team, joint sessions might just be exactly what you need.
As your counsellor, I will be entirely impartial, with the aim to guide you through the period of unrest toward the goals set together by you.
It is sometimes helpful for have individual sessions alongside joint sessions, to help resolve any additional underlying issues.
